USE YOUR HVAC/R TECHNICAL SKILLS TO SUPPORT OUR GLOBAL FIELD SERVICE TEAM
Under the direction of the Technical Liaison Supervisor, this position has two primary purposes. One, to provide technical support solving service related problems received from Field Service Technicians and Engineers, customers, international agencies, or regional service managers. Second, developing (and teaching) comprehensive, quantifiable, training programs to teach Field Service Technicians and Engineers necessary technical and customer relations skills. Individuals in this position will work with Field Service Technicians and Engineers, international agencies, customers (worldwide), Engineering, Manufacturing, Parts and Logistics, Technical Writing, and the Training and Development Manager.
