Software Updates

We are proud to have developed software packages that increase the productivity and performance of test equipment and the people who use it. In order to keep the software up to date, Thermotron offers free instrument and application software updates for our existing customers right here on our website. Fill out the Software Update Request form and you will receive your update shortly.

Generic Controller Manual Downloads

Generic Controller Manuals  are not intended to be used to operate your equipment as each manual is for typical configurations and features that may not apply to your control system. Review the hard copy manual set that matches your Thermotron product for exact details.

If you have misplaced the original manual set, please see Replacement Manual Form to purchase a new copy. All of our manual sets are developed individually and will take some research time to re-create.

Replacement Manuals and Parts

If you have misplaced your original manual set or need a new part, replacement manuals and parts are available to Thermotron equipment owners for purchase. Due to the custom nature of our products, all of our manual sets are developed individually and will take some research time to re-create. Please fill out the Replacement Form to request purchase for a specified system.

Troubleshooting

We offer troubleshooting for all of our equipment: Vibration, Electrical, Humidity, Instrument, and Refrigeration. Please provide us with information describing your Thermotron equipment on the Troubleshooting Request form. A Technical Liaison Advisor will contact you to discuss your problem in detail after you submit the information.

Service Seminar

Every May, we hold a Service Seminar for Thermotron's direct customers. There are two tracks to choose from: Environmental Test Equipment and Vibration Systems. Each track includes hands-on training, plant tour, controller, and systems classes.

Instrument Drivers

When Thermotron develops custom software applications to communicate with our chamber controllers, a simple TCP connection is used to send commands to and receive responses from our chamber controllers. To download these drivers or for more information on them, visit our Instrument Drivers page.
