From performance boosting retrofits to troubleshooting and repair to system calibration, we are committed to your total satisfaction. With worldwide service availability, Thermotron field service engineers and technical advisors are available to assist you when need.

Thermotron Product Support Department offers preventive maintenance and instrument calibration services. The preventive maintenance checks completely cover the electrical, instrumentation, humidity, mechanical, and refrigeration systems. Operational tests are performed to verify processes. Any areas of concern will be discussed and a report provided for future reference.

Thermotron field calibrations are accredited to the ISO 17025 and ANSI/NCSL Z-540-1 calibration standards by A2LA under Certificate number 1917.01.

Software Updates and Generic Controller Downloads

In order to keep the software up to date, Thermotron offers free instrument and application software updates and generic controller manuals for existing customers.

Replacement Manuals and Parts

If you have misplaced your original manual set or need a new part, replacement manuals and parts are available to Thermotron equipment owners for purchase. Please fill out the Replacement Form to request purchase for a specified system.

Service Seminar

The annual Service Seminar takes place every May. In-depth courses on environmental test equipment or vibration test systems are taught by Thermotron engineers.

Retrofits and Upgrades

Thermotron offers a variety of services for retrofitting and updating equipment, including, Universal Port add-on, controller and refrigerant retrofits, vibration system upgrade, walk-in panel box replacement/modification, performance upgrade, site surveys, and equipment relocation support.
